Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. At Fresh Path Health Solutions, we value your time and strive to provide timely, attentive care to every patient.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the time to another patient in need of care.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice without a valid reason are charged 50-100% of the appointment fee.

No-show appointments (missed appointments without prior notice) are charged 100% of the appointment fee.

Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may affect your ability to schedule future visits.

One-Time Waiver: Each client is allowed one late cancellation or no-show without penalty per calendar year.
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. If this happens, please contact the office as soon as possible so we can review your situation and make appropriate arrangements.
